The challenge was to provide a user experience that encourages partnerships with other organizations, while making it easier for users to join the community, and donate to the organization.
Operation Code : Hackathon
The green,white, and black color palette was taken from the logo and and companies color scheme. I wanted the keep the website within the brands standards.
The old website was unclear and had to much information. It did not have clear sections for members to join the community, or for partners to find more information and donate to the organization.
We developed a clear welcoming landing page, with two sections directing the user to the correct content they would be looking for, one for Veterans and families, and one for partners to lear more info about the organization.
We added a donate button to the navigation bar to make the donation process much easier, while adding social media buttons as well.
